Each manuscript must have a cover page with the author's contact information – name, address, phone, email and country of citizenship and residence. The balance of each manuscript should be without attribution with each page containing only the title of the work (or collection) and sequential page numbers in a header or footer.

Manuscripts must be in a conventional serif typeface (Times New Roman or Palatino are perfect). Prose should be double-spaced with one-inch margins. Poetry should be single-spaced with a double space between stanzas. One poem per page. Poems using page breaks as a structural form should have the poem's title at the bottom of each page in addition to the collection title.

Fiction and Creative Non-Fiction – Length, up to 3500 words.

Poetry – Submit 3 to 8 poems, no more than 15 pages. In most cases, we do not publish single poems, but will publish two or three or more poems representative of an author’s work.

Payment

Red Berry Review pays $10/printed page, $25 minimum per title, $50 maximum per author as well as two copies of the issue.

Deadlines

We have two reading periods in 2010.

• Spring/Summer 2010 – Deadline March 31, 2010
• Fall/Winter 2010 – Deadline September 30, 2010

Only manuscripts in our hands by midnight on the final day will be considered.

Hard copies will be shredded and recycled. Notification of accepting or declining a piece for publication will be by email.
